Deanna Dewell

Physical Therapist since 2010, Bsc Physiotherapy, WITS Johannesburg, and BA psychology and music U of W, Seattle. BASI certified comprehensive pilates instructor since 2017. Mother to 4, been on BI since 2010! love piano, dogs, aqua, weight lifting, hiking, biking, skiing, SUN!

Alexis Deshotel

Physical therapy assistant since 2021 including Aqua therapy, BASI-certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor since 2023. Mother to 1 (for now), loves her family, nature, health and healing.

James Owen

BASI certified Pilates teacher since 2023. Previous occupations include history professor! Father to 4 and been on BI since 2013. Loves: chorale singing, being a "gym rat", walking, substitute teaching, volunteering to pull invasive plants and work at Rotary Auction, ...and making Christmas cookies for the neighbors every year.
